| 1. Terms and Conditions: |
1.1 These are the terms and conditions which apply to
all purchases from this website "blinknmissit.co.uk". Please read
them carefully before making a purchase.
1.2 By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and you agree
to be legally bound and comply with these terms and conditions. |
| 2. Placing an Order: |
| 2.1 You can place an order on this site by selecting
items using the 'Buy' button next to each item and then proceeding to the
Checkout, where, after entering your payment and delivery details you can
submit your order to us. |
| 3. Acceptance of Orders: |
3.1 We are under no obligation to accept your order
but would normally do so where the Goods are available and your payment
is received and processed successfully.
3.2 Where the Goods are not available we will contact you to discuss alternative
products which we have available at that time and give you the option to
cancel your order. |
| 4. Delivery: |
4.1 Delivery charges for each product are clearly stated
alongside the products purchase price and also at the checkout. There is
a surcharge imposed by our couriers for delivery of certain items to Northern
Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man. This surcharge
will be clearly shown at the checkout when you select your location.
4.2 Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).
4.3 Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped next working day where possible.
4.4 If we cannot deliver within this time we will inform you in advance
and propose a date when we can deliver. If this revised date is not acceptable
you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. In no event shall we
be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
4.5 All deliveries must be signed for and the delivery note marked as "unchecked"
unless you can be sure the items are undamaged.
4.6 Before signing the delivery note please ensure that the number of boxes
matches the driver's paperwork and that the boxes are undamaged.
4.7 Please notify us immediately of any damage, shortages or incorrect items.

| 5. Pricing: |
5.1 The prices of Goods shown are inclusive of VAT at
the current rate but exclude delivery charges.
5.2 Whilst we endeavour to ensure prices on our website are as accurate
as possible in the event that a product price is incorrectly displayed we
will contact you to notify you of the correct price. You will then have
the option to proceed with your order at the correct price or cancel and
receive a full refund of any payments made. |
| 6. Payment: |
6.1 Payment must be made by one of our approved payment
methods.
6.2 We will not be able to despatch Goods until payment has been received
in full.
6.3 In order to minimise the risk of fraud we may carry out additional checks
to verify your identity when you pay by card. This may involve us contacting
you. |
| 7. Cancellation/Returns: |
7.1 You may cancel your order at any stage before and
up to 10 days after the Goods are delivered to you by contacting us.
7.2 If you cancel prior to delivery of the Goods we will make a refund to
you of the full value of the payment made to us.
7.3 If you cancel after receiving the Goods you must follow our returns
procedure below:
7.4 In all circumstances you must contact us and request a Returns Authorisation
Number, this number should be clearly marked on the outer packaging of returned
goods and quoted in all correspondence.
7.5 The Goods must be returned in an "as delivered" condition.
7.6 Any software or software licences must be returned unopened in their
original packaging.
7.7 Goods may be returned at your expense via a reputable courier with insurance
to cover loss or if you would prefer us to arrange collection on your behalf
we will deduct from your refund our courier's standard collect and return
fee.
7.8 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and packed as securely
as received.
7.9 Returned Goods must be accompanied by your original invoice (or a copy
of).
7.10 If the goods are not returned in an "as delivered" condition
we reserve the right, at our discretion, to charge a re-stocking fee or
in exceptional circumstances, to reject the claim.
7.11 Refunds for returned goods will be for the price paid for the goods
excluding delivery costs. |
| 8. Refunds: |
8.1 Where you paid for Goods by payment card, refunds
will be made by re-crediting the payment card account from which the money
was originally debited.
8.2 Where payment was made by cash or cheque, a refund will be issued by
cheque payable to the original payer.
8.3 Where payment was made by Bank Transfer a refund will be made by Bank
Transfer into the same account.
8.4 Refunds will be made within 14 days of :
8.4.1 Your cancellation of order prior to despatch of goods.
8.4.2 Our receipt of Goods you have returned to us under our 10-day money
back guarantee. |
| 9. Warranty: |
9.1 We warrant that for a period of (90) ninety days
from the date on which the Goods are delivered to you they will conform
with their published specifications without material defect. As consumable
items, Laptop batteries are excluded from this warranty, although they are
covered along with the Laptop by our 10 day money back guarantee.
9.2 The warranty will not apply where defects or faults are caused by accident,
misuse, neglect or changes to the configuration of the hardware or software
supplied or where they are caused by hardware or software supplied by third
parties.
9.3 The warranty is offered on a 'Return to Base' (RTB) basis. This means
that in the event of a warranty claim it is your responsibility to return
the Goods to us at your expense. The exception to this is where a fault
develops within 72 hours of delivery in which case we will refund you the
cost of returning the Goods to us providing on inspection by us they are
indeed found to be faulty.
9.4 In the event of a warranty claim arising we ask that you follow the
procedure outlined below:
9.5 Please contact us in the first instance as it may be possible that we
can diagnose and correct the fault without having to return the Goods to
us.
9.6 If we cannot diagnose or correct the problem remotely we will ask that
you return the Goods to us. Please retain all original packaging for this
purpose.
9.7 On receipt of returned Goods we will endeavour to repair or replace
at our discretion any faulty items. If we have to replace the Goods this
will be with items of the same or higher specification. We will then return
the Goods to you at our expense. If the Goods are found not to be faulty
we reserve the right to ask you to pay the cost of returning the Goods to
you. |

10.1 We endeavour to provide the highest standards

| 10.2 We aim to acknowledge and begin investigation of
your complaint within 48 hours of its receipt. It is our policy to deal
with all complaints fairly and reach a satisfactory conclusion as soon as
possible. |
11. Product descriptions:
11.1 We always strive to ensure that the product
descriptions and images on our website accurately reflect the Goods we supply
however there may be occasions when slight variations occur. |

12.1 We take your privacy very seriously and treat all
of your information in accordance with applicable UK Data Protection law.
12.2 We never disclose your information to third parties except where this
is necessary to validate your payment details.
12.3 Cookies (a small file sent to your computer when you visit our website)
are only used to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once
you have selected an item.
12.4 We will not send you unsolicited e-mail and we will not pass your e-mail
address on to any other individual or organisation except where this is
required to fulfil your order.
12.5 In line with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act of Dec
03, we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

13.1 All card payments are transacted via a secure server
using an 128-bit encrypted link. Your card details are never held by us
in an unencrypted form.

13.3 Attempts to purchase goods from this website via fraudulent methods
(stolen credit card, fraud syndicate etc.), whether successful or not, will

| 14. Force Majeure: |
| 14.1 We shall not be liable to you for any delay in,
or failure of our obligations under this agreement arising from any cause
beyond our reasonable control including : acts of God, civil commotion,
riot, war, fire, flood, industrial action, government legislation, failure
in information technology or telecommunications services or failure of a
third party. |

15.1 Nothing in these terms affects your Statutory
Rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any
disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
